It is a national key high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sale of pharmaceutical raw materials and preparations, food additives, and feed additives. Technical transformation of the processing station. Pharmaceutical wastewater will be generated during the pharmaceutical process in pharmaceutical factories, and aeration blowers are required for biochemical reactions in the wastewater treatment process. The Roots blower used by Guangji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been used for too long, and the performance of the blower has dropped significantly, and the aeration volume can no longer meet the production requirements. In addition, Roots blower has a heavy workload of daily maintenance, large operating energy consumption, high noise, and poor flow regulation performance, which causes a lot of trouble to users. Guangji Pharmaceuticals has used 4 magnetic levitation centrifugal blowers in the previous sewage treatment station upgrade project, and significantly reduced operating costs and improved system stability. In response to this situation, we chose the energy-efficient magnetic valley again The magnetic levitation centrifugal blower upgrades the original Roots blower.

As shown in Table 1, the original blower has a total flow of 79.6m³/min, a pressure of 68.6kPa, and a total power of 150 kW. The existing air volume cannot meet the production requirements, and the air volume needs to be increased.
