Product Description
Developed independently by CIGU, the maglev centrifugal blower can achieve 30% energy-saving compared with traditional blowers. Free from lubricants or mechanical maintenance, it is easy to be installed and maintained with low vibration and noise. Featured by "CIGU Cloud" remote management and dual protection for self-generation, it has passed the new product appraisal organized by Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and the expert committee agreed unanimously that "the new product is technologically advanced which fills the blank in domestic technology, reaches the top level in domestic and advanced level of the world”.
It was jointly recognized as the “National Key New Product” by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China; It was listed in the “Product Catalogue of Energy Efficiency Star” and “Recommended Catalogue of Energy-Saving Electromechanical Equipment (Products)” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; it was listed in the “National Key Energy-saving and Low-carbon Technology Promotion Catalogue” by the National Development and Reform Commission; it was listed in the “Income Tax Preferential Catalogue for Energy-saving and Water-saving Special Equipment Enterprise" by the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission in 2017; it was listed in the "Eighth Batch of Recommended Catalogues of Advanced Technologies For Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Printing and Dyeing Industry" by China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association.

Due to its outstanding energy saving effect, the maglev centrifugal blower can be widely used in projects such as sewage treatment (municipal, industrial, etc.), material handling, food and medicine, textile printing and dyeing, leather papermaking, glass manufacturing, steel metallurgy, cement thermoelectricity, liquid crystal photoelectricity, flue gas desulfurization, etc.
Product Advantages
Energy-saving and high-efficiency: It integrates a series of advanced technologies such as maglev bearings, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors, high-efficiency flow components and dedicated control system, which ensures high efficiency and energy-saving of the complete unit.
Low noise and minimal vibration: Thanks to the maglev bearing technology, the rotating parts in the blower have no mechanical contact or any friction with the stationary parts, so that the blower is able to run with minimal vibration and low noise.

Remote operation and maintenance: It integrates "CIGU Cloud" remote management system, which contributes to monitoring the running status of the blower online in real time, adjusting control parameters in a timely manner and providing customers with personalized services more conveniently.
Convenient maintenance: With maglev bearing technology, the gearboxes, lubrication systems, etc. are eliminated from the system. No mechanical maintenance is required either. Only the air filter replacement is required during daily maintenance, which makes it more convenient and efficient.
