Product Introduction

The Maglev vacuum pump is applicable to the occasions where there is a demand for vacuum. In comparison with traditional water ring vacuum pump, it operates at a higher efficiency and could save up to more than 40% energy In the meantime, the Maglev vacuum pump is characterized by oil-free, lower noise, more convenient maintenance and higher system integration.

Maglev vacuum pumps are mainly used in the production process of industries such as paper making, alumina and oxygen production, etc. with remarkable energy-saving effect.

Product Advantages

High Efficiency:

● The impeller is directly connected to the motor rotor. without coupling, and the rotor is driven by high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (which) which is equipped with magnetic bearing. There is no mechanical friction， and the power consumption of the magnetic bearing is only about 0.5kW, thus making the transmission efficiency close to 100%.

● The impeller is designed with ternary flow theory combined with full three-dimensional flow field analysis. With high multivariable efficiency, the flow range of the impeller is able to cover 50% to 110%.

● The whole setequipment adopts the combined cooling system of "external circulation + internal circulation", and both motor and inverter are water-cooled, thus enabling higher cooling efficiency and system stability.

Low Operation Cost:

● High driving efficiency and pneumatic efficiency contribute to the operation efficiency of the Maglev vacuum pump， which can save more than 40% energy consumption compared with traditional water ring vacuum pump.

● Oil-free for the whole equipment, and no and no need of mechanical maintenance for the machine, so the maintenance cost is minimized.
