The first step is to build a regional inter-city flight train transportation network through the transport capacity of 1000 km/h, and the second step is to build a national super urban agglomeration flight train transportation network through the transport capacity of 2000 km/h, The third step is to build the "the Belt and Road" flight train transportation network through the 4000 km/h transportation capacity, and finally form a new business card of China after aerospace, high-speed rail and nuclear power.
